An IP address is defined as personal information because it can be traced back to the hardware and hence to an individual. JOIN21 AS anonymizes the user’s IP address before the information is stored and processed by Google. Meaning that the IP address cannot be used to identify the individual. We have enabled the feature: “anonymizeIP”, so that your IP address is not stored with Google. Your IP address is logged for a short period of time by our web servers. User’s IP address, time, URL, HTTP status, number of bytes sent, HTTP referrer and HTTP user agent are logged in for 15 days. Then the log is deleted automatically.

User-patterns from search is stored in aggregate form. Only the searched word is saved and can’t be linked to other information about the user, such as IP addresses.
2.3 Subscribing to information from JOIN21
It is possible to subscribe to updates and information from JOIN21 AS for anyone who seeks such information. In order for us to send you an email, you must register an email address. In order for us to invite you to relevant events, we also list the organization you work for. This information is not shared with other businesses and is deleted when we are informed that you no longer wish to receive information from us. 2.4 Login with shared user-management
