The Nordic People Analytics Summit is an annual event bringing together the community of HR leaders and professionals focused on People Analytics technologies and processes. The summit serves as a platform for sharing ideas and discussing ways to harness the full potential of data and AI-innovation to improve and empower data-driven HR functions.
We’re proud to announce JOIN21 will be a guest lecturer and moderator at The Summit. We will focus on Network leadership and technology we developed to reveal the untapped potential in organizations and their external networks of customers and partners.
JOIN21 partner and Chief Research Officer Starling Hunter, PhD will give a presentation on The business case for organizational network analytics. We will demonstrate JOIN21 Baseline, the technology we developed to reveal how each organization works in fact as a network, depending on the strength of its relationships and flow of knowledge. JOIN21 Baseline is sort of a Google Earth for Organizations, allowing you to zoom in to analyze people and teams, and to zoom out to view business units and relations to customers and partners. Simply, to get both the details and the bigger picture to ground your actions in data.
